Operational guide from Shopify connect to guided selling and recovery playbooks.
Quick start (~5 minutes)
- Install from Shopify App Store or the Upsello console and authorize your store
- Sync catalog, orders, and policy FAQs into the knowledge base
- Enable the chat widget in your theme and set brand colors
- Walk through consult → recommend → checkout on https://upsello-demo.myshopify.com/

Authentication & API
Generate API keys in Upsello Panel. Webhooks push conversation and attribution events to your stack (Slack, BI, or custom services).
Requests use Bearer tokens; see the Developer section in Panel for endpoints. Enterprise teams can request sandboxes and higher limits.
